Abstract

Il contributo esplora e analizza la nascita, l’affermarsi e l’evolversi dei diversi Paradigmi che hanno caratterizzato la storia moderna dell’uomo. Pone in stretta relazione ambiti sociali, scientifici, tecnologici ed economici, ne delinea criticamente caratteri, peculiarità e strutture logiche per poi reinterpretarli alla luce dell’attuale transizione in atto e, in particolare, dei cambiamenti che la trasformazione digitale sta determinando rispetto ai grandi temi delle politiche dell’ambiente, dell’innovazione tecnologica e quindi dell’abitare e del costruire sostenibile nell’era digitale. Una lettura che nell’evidenziare l’affermarsi di un nuovo habitat – l’ecosistema digitale – associa ai richiamati Paradigmi, nuovi caratteri, delineando attributi, ambiti, criticità e orizzonti di una possibile e rinnovata ‘seconda vita’, di cui non è affatto semplice oggi prevederne gli esiti sui linguaggi architettonici e sulle trasformazioni delle modalità attuative, il nuovo carattere, oltre a quelli già noti di ecologico e digitale.

Architetto e PhD, è Professore Associato presso il Dipartimento Arte e Territorio. Svolge attività di ricerca nel campo del Management del Processo Edilizio con attenzione ai temi della Manutenzione Edilizia. È Responsabile scientifico e co-Fondatore di BIG srl Spin-off Accademico.

Architetto e PhD, è Cultore di Tecnologia dell’Architettura presso il Dipartimento Arte e Territorio. Svolge attività di ricerca nell’ambito della Manutenzione e in particolare sui temi della valutazione della ‘service life’ di materiali e componenti edilizi. È tra i co-Fondatori di BIG srl Spin-off Accademico.
