Abstract

Il contributo analizza l’agricoltura urbana come processo in grado di sviluppare sostenibilità ambientale, inclusione sociale ed economia circolare, promuovendone modalità di utilizzo e sviluppo. Attraverso un approccio interdisciplinare basato sulle ‘mappe di domanda’, si propone un modello attuativo utile a sincronizzare le esigenze degli utenti e le soluzioni progettuali. L’analisi critica di casi studio evidenzia i benefici in termini di mitigazione delle isole di calore urbane, biodiversità, sicurezza alimentare, coesione sociale ed evoluzione di comunità vulnerabili. Le linee guida presentate mirano a promuovere l’uso delle mappe di domanda nei processi decisionali urbani al fine di favorire strategie partecipative, inclusive e sostenibili.
