Parametri di morfologia urbana e distretti a energia positiva – I Campus universitari motori delle transizioni urbane

Com’è possibile attivare processi di co-creazione di strategie di transizione energetica utilizzando i Campus universitari come promotori dell’iniziativa? Per rispondere a questa domanda il contributo presenta i primi esiti del progetto EDUPED che si pone l’obiettivo di accelerare la transizione verso i Distretti a Energia Positiva applicando approcci tipo-morfologici alla rigenerazione urbana e assumendo i Campus universitari come motori, orchestratori e hub di conoscenza. Attraverso la definizione di parametri morfologici e linee guida, cinque Living Lab situati nei Paesi Bassi, in Spagna, in Austria, in Italia e in Romania integrano le dimensioni tecniche, socio-economiche e di governance. L’innovazione risiede nel ruolo centrale dei Campus universitari, capaci di agire come laboratori urbani e catalizzatori di pratiche sostenibili. I primi risultati riguardano la definizione dei parametri morfologici urbani, base per i piani di retrofit e di adattamento climatico nei distretti universitari.
