Monitoraggio dello stato umano nella formazione marittima – Il caso On Watch

Nei domini critici per la sicurezza la formazione è un’infrastruttura socio-tecnica (spazi, interfacce, procedure e fasi di preparazione e di riesame finale) che sostiene l’apprendimento e la cultura della sicurezza. In questa prospettiva il paper propone il quadro operativo del Designer-in-the-Loop (DITL) per introdurre gli Human State Monitoring Systems (HSMS) nella formazione marittima, rendendo verificabili i compromessi tra innovazione digitale e rischi di sorveglianza, distorsioni e disuguaglianze. In tale quadro, On Watch è assunto come caso di studio poiché consente di sperimentare operativamente il framework in un contesto applicativo concreto, integrando segnali multimodali e traducendoli in indicatori probabilistici non prescrittivi, privi di graduatorie e di automatismi decisionali, a supporto del riesame finale. Una sperimentazione pilota, articolata in tre contesti – ECDIS, plancia cooperativa e colloquio – valuta la fattibilità, l’utilità e l’accettabilità mediante indicatori chiave di prestazione tecnico-operativi e socio-distributivi replicabili.
