Valorizzazione di materiali residui nelle filiere produttive agro-industriali – Transizioni circolari in Alto Adige (Italia)

Nelle regioni alpine come l’Alto Adige le attività agro-industriali e agricole producono grandi quantità di sottoprodotti i cui usi attuali risultano spesso inferiori al loro potenziale come risorse materiali secondarie. La collaborazione tra design, scienza e tecnologia promuove l’innovazione sostenibile dei materiali, e tale approccio interdisciplinare costituisce il fondamento della presente ricerca. Lo studio esamina quattro sottoprodotti provenienti dai settori lattiero-caseario, birrario, della distillazione della frutta e dell’allevamento ovino della regione, combinando prospettive materiali, tecnologiche e sistemiche. I risultati preliminari individuano percorsi concreti per reintegrare tali risorse sottoutilizzate nelle filiere produttive locali, facendo emergere i vincoli normativi, infrastrutturali ed economici che attualmente ne limitano la valorizzazione.
