Passaporti dell’edificio e dei materiali come infrastrutture socio-tecniche per l’economia circolare e l’equità

Abstract

Lo studio esamina la letteratura sui passaporti dell’edificio, sui passaporti dei materiali e sui registri digitali dell’edificio attraverso le lenti dell’economia circolare e dell’equità sociale. Nell’ambito di una revisione sistematica basata sul protocollo PRISMA, 57 articoli selezionati dalle banche dati Scopus e Web of Science sono stati analizzati mediante mappatura bibliometrica e codifica tematica. I risultati indicano che la letteratura si concentra prevalentemente sull’architettura dei dati, sull’integrazione tecnologica, sulla governance e sui contesti di implementazione, mentre le dimensioni dell’equità, dell’edilizia sociale e dell’inclusione risultano meno rappresentate. Più che limitarsi a ricomporre lo stato dell’arte, lo studio reinterpreta i passaporti dell’edificio, i passaporti dei materiali e i registri digitali dell’edificio come infrastrutture socio-tecniche e ne legge il campo condiviso all’intersezione tra circolarità ed equità.
